We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Consultant to join our team at TAC RV. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers,
helping them understand thrir new RVs and providing exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough walkthrough demonstration of RV features and functionalities to new owners.
• Go through inspection checklist and address any questions or concerns from customers during the delivery process.
• Clean inside and outside of Recreational Vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service and enhance overall experience.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for recreational vehicles and helping customers enjoy their experiences.
• Basic shop skills and/or service background
• Polished and Professional
